She liked it so much, that she asked me to make her another one for another dog that she had lost a year or so before.

She recently lost another dog, she sort of adopted him from her other daughter. Hours before they were to go on vacation, he was attacked and didn't survive. He was one cool pup, I would dog sit for her on occasion and he was really sweet.
She asked that I make her another Plaque, She wanted it to match the other 2 I made in the past. Since so much time had passed between them, I didn't have the same colors, or the template I used. Also, my skills have changed. However, of course I made one for her, and it turned out great. (I did have to re-make the whole thing at one point, I goofed up on the Oval and then my dog decided to eat the frame for the photo, lol)
She also asked that I make one for her daughter.

So, those are the 2 big projects that I have been working on. I just dropped them off on the 20th. She really loved them. I have sort of become her official doggy memorial plaque maker, lol. I hope that I won't have to make another for a long time, for her sake more than my own.

I'm here by way of Robyn too. These are beautiful and such moving tributes to those who give us so much happiness and joy yet ask for nothing in return. I hope you don't have to make any more for a long time either.
Welcome to J-land!
